2012 Coeur d'Alene Camp

2012 TriKirk Camp Coeur d'Alene, May 17-20, 2012

What:  A 4-day triathlon training camp in beautiful, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho!! Join TriKirk Coaches Kirk Nelson (accomplished 6th year Professional and Head Coach) and Derek Garcia (top Elite Amateur and Associate Coach) for an awesome, fun-filled, training and learning camp experience. In addition to fully supported training sessions, Kirk and Derek will be providing 1-1 personal instruction and feedback throughout the weekend to campers. This camp is perfect for long course focused athletes who plan on racing Half/70.3 or Full/140.6 distance events, particularly Ironman CdA (Coeur d'Alene) this upcoming 2011 season. TriKirk Coaches Kirk and Derek will guide you through the IM CdA courses and instruct you on the finer details of racing long course triathlon well. This is a great chance to log some early season miles in sunny, warm weather (avg. Temps in the low 70s) and get a leg up on your competitors! In addition to fully supported training sessions, the "theme" at TriKirk Training Camps is improving individual mechanics and doing quality workout sessions with personal feedback and instruction. As well, each camper will receive a copy of their personal swim and run analysis videos. Lastly, we LOVE to have fun! Our Camp environments are welcoming, friendly, and low stress, yet we still know how to challenge those who really want to push themselves!
